Delivery Options
We offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs:
Untracked Service: 1–2 working days – £4.95*
Tracked Service: 1–2 working days – £6.95*
Click & Collect: 1 working day – Free
Scottish Highlands: 3–5 working days – £19.95*
Oversized & Overweight Items:
Items over 1 metre in length and/or 25kg in weight may incur an additional charge.

Scottish Highlands & Isles
Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time.
For customers in the Scottish Highlands & Isles, delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days, and extra charges may apply. Please check at checkout for accurate pricing or contact us on 01604 666711.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
During peak periods (such as holidays or sales), dispatch times may be slightly longer. Please allow up to 2 additional working days for processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
If you experience any issues or delays, please get in touch and we’ll resolve them as quickly as possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@onlineautomotive.co.uk with your order number.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.
Address Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are unable to amend addresses once an order has been placed. Any changes after dispatch may result in delays or additional charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
